ARMA2 Operation Arrowhead, Massive Standalone Expansion

Hey Guys,

I thought i might give u all some info on this one, as it will answer some questions that have been thrown around in TS about if u need the old ARMA2 to play this, NO u dont this is an STANDALONE Expansion, what i does do to the original ARMA2 is improve it, if the old mods/missions people have put together will work, well it seems that they will with some quality improvement,

Anyway ill let u read all the in below, and u can make up your own minds on this one, it is my next purchase!

I have already got it and it is great.

For those already with ARMA2 it is like a huge new mods with three more islands/maps and lots of new unit models. It comes with a new campaign that can be played in single player or cooperatively, and an improved engine for graphics and performance boost.

It can be installed as a stand alone install, but if you already have ARMA2 then it will upgrade your ARMA2 and therefore give you all the benefits of Arrowhead in ARMA2 as well. If you don't already have ARMA2 then I recommend you buy the ARMA2 Combined Operations as it includes all the maps, campaigns and units or ARMA2 and ARMA2 Operation Arrowhead, therefore having 5 different maps and lots of different units for mulitplayer missions. If you only buy Operation Arrowhead then you will miss out on all the missions that have been written for ARMA2, and there is a ton of good stuff there. Also it is only 10 USD more for Combined Operations.
